In my world I don't find that much, but it makes it a tad more time consuming.I found my two VAs in Craigslist on a trip to Thailand. 

I have built my companies on the backs of their VAs.

Below is my funnel with the help of my 4 VAs. 1 Data scraper, 1 skip tracer, and 2 cold callers.

What if you use VAs, particularly non-U.S. ones?

I have a VA that answers text, answers emails, and schedules things online, but they're not based in America, and also not local, so I pair up someone to be "oncall" who can show up at the property if needed (because it's bound to happen).I use va.today, tell them I refererd you :) Andrew, do they specifically handle VRs, or are they general administrative VAs?

I just try and focus on finding deals and learn along the way.I'm curious to learn more about your marketing efforts 5,000 mailers a month and 3 VAs sounds like a lot, but I'd like to hear more!

Right now I have 40 units I manage but can't take all the calls...I eventually want to have VAs answer calls, at least if they're tenants, or potential tenant inquiries.

bump...wow maybe everyone is busy chasing deals but I expected a little more feedback..Everyone talks VAs these days but people don't want to share their success or lack there of ..I'll figure it out
