I created an account on here last year sometime and was motivated and underway to learn; however someone discouraged me from it at that time and as such, the year has been riddled with financial hardship.  

Either they simply don't respond back or say that their respective subs are slow in providing numbers.We need to get this project underway and need to find alternate ways to get this project started.

We took our time with repairs and now are ready to get the process underway.

We are excited to be underway and are in need of buyers.

Everyone that sees it is completely blown away by the condition...but it has been taken care of through the years, so that has definitely helped.I am very excited to get construction under way and hope to have a completion date of around June, or July at the latest.

I'm still putting the pieces in place but I want to get something underway before the end of the year.

Some states have laws preventing you from just failing to renew leases and others will actually make you put money up to fund resident relocations.There are efforts underway in a number of states to actually require community owners to put money in relocation funds and some states that are already doing it.

I was simply looking at my options to get my first deal underway.

( i walked through them about 6 weeks ago when the repairs were underway and talked to the contractor) these have been for sale for several months and though they aren't in a rough neighborhood, it isn't the most desirable one either. while under rehab, all of them were vacant but 3 of them now have tenants with one yr. leases so they rented quickly, and i would have no rehab costs initially.

I just don't want to entertain inspections, contractors and the whole kit and caboodle if there is probably no way to fund the entirety of this purchase without interfering with the build loan that is already under way.
