Wayne, maybe 4, 5, or 6 extensions is reasonable to you but when you're told every week that you will close the following week, you start getting a little irritated. 

He wants to be sure it has the value, has clear title, property isn't a toxic waste dump, etc, etc, etc.You can start the conversation with "I have a 4 bed 2 bath built in 1985 that's 2,000 sq ft in 85204. 

However this one was kind of irritating.

It irritates a lot people, especially contractors, but it's often one of the only protections an investor has.

Mostly people not selling and some rather irritated about getting the letter and wondered how I got their information.
