I am only a senior in high school and plan on going to college because I want to be a physical therapist, however, after all of my school I will have around $60,000 in loans to pay off. 

I currently work full time as a Occupational Therapist in Connecticut.

Also had to play therapist to the potential tenant who was upset about owners and is worried about the property now.Great.

I work full time as a car salesman (not the most rewarding job) and Kristin is a pediatric physical therapist.  

Also, are there programs where an occupational therapist might be able to determine what kinds of modifications would be useful? 

I have saved up $200k that I am ready to invest with the goal of being able to leave my job so i can begin a new career risk free as a therapist/healer.

As for creative ideas- how about coworking space or small offices for accountants, maybe therapists, etc. if you can break the space up in to multiple rentable spaces you reduce and spread out your risk Good luck :)

Basically, you have to be your own therapist or find someone to help you push past your anxiety!
