I think this arrangement reduces risk - mold conditions can't exacerbate, it takes 3+ months to grow marijuana plants, I'll see signs of extra "tenants" or anything sketchy happening, etc.I prefer to have my hands in my investment for now.

I guess they really wanted that money - fleeing an officer, multiple DWI(3), driving without a license, driving while revoked- Drug possession - marijuana, DWI (2),  multiple evictions, dog enthusiast (pitbull)These are each separate individuals who were interested in renting.

I am really buying the dirt to redevelop so could care less about the building.Some states and areas are putting moratoriums on smoke shops and marijuana dispensaries until they can decide how much and where they want those types of businesses in an area.Alot of the tenant types you mentioned are WEAK and never hardly last the term of the lease.

-This is a lie because he's only 52 years old and after doing a some research on him i found that he is actually out on bond for 2 felonies (probably why he's selling) that include manufacturing drugs and drug trafficking up to 2,000 LBS of marijuana. ...With that being said, do you really think a drug trafficker in Miami qualifies as an "elderly man" that you can take advantage of?

In the abve scenario I tell people that $2985.00 moves you in.When you talk with them, ask them if they have any pets, evictions, drug use, felonies, and ask if they smoke....at all....including Marijuana, and vaping.Ask how many people will potentially be living at the property.
