The community is walking distance from the Lindbergh MARTA station, gated, and has a pool, gym, clubhouse, and tennis court.

Team, Palm Spring greater area (Palm Desert, La Quinta and other sorroundings) is very busy with short term rental activities between Nov and April due to various reasons - winter birds coming from east coast, canada, tennis activities in March and Music festivals in April. 

The neighborhood is more expensive than I have ever dealt with in combination with an ultra strict and pricey HOA (tennis anyone?).
