The postage alone is $3000, a good mailing list costs money, 6000 stuffed stamped envelopes costs something, and maybe you get some help from someone who does this kind of marketing.

all you need is about 500$ i would say. you can send letters and stamps and get signs with all that.as far as contracts go, it shouldnt take an hour for the attorny to read it, so you shouldnt get charged for the ful 250. the contracts here on bp are a start. that is what i plan on using. after my first deal i will get a professional one that will cover my butttooxxx a little better

I also have date stamp pictures from today (5-8-14) showing all the work that needs to still be done.I have been told that if I were to fire him the contractor can file a mechanics lien for the last $5500, which does not make sense to me since he is well past his deadline and there is more than $5500 worth of work left.
