I pull pretty solid lists, I find a lot of my deals off market, just thought I could reach more if I have a few full time callers on the phones.While i'm at it, how are you guys finding good deals in today's world?

You should never let someone into a unit without written evidence that you have authorization to do so from the lessee. 

Do they have solid banking relationships and broker relationships to lease out the units. 

However if you liquidate the Bitcoin, and can show evidence that you were the one who made the initial investment(s) via bank statements, then those funds should be able to be used, as long as you are prepared to show all that.
