Hopefully, with a "buy and hold" strategy, I can achieve that and have some passive income to fund my hobby of racing my Lotus at various racetracks around the country.I look forward to soaking up the vast amount knowledge here on the forum.

Being new to REI, I read blog posts almost every day and soak up podcasts to increase my competency.

I've been soaking up everything i can from the podcasts that I listen to while at work.

I am new to the site as well and have been trying to soak up as much info as possible.

Now ive been just soaking up as much information as possible and i decided to post here not only to network but for some advice.As i was doing my research i found out about the va loan which i do qualify for now heres my dilemma should i get preapproved before i go out and try to find a property or do i find the property first?

I'm willing to learn from all individuals who know the business or even know more than myself and I will soak it up like a sponge.
