A high quality air filter will do better but if they are smokers or have pets the 3 month time frame can need replacement every 4 to 6 weeks instead.What happens is the air filter catches more stuff it then starts restricting the air flow.This also causes the bill to go up.You can use the cheap blue filters but they need monthly replacement.2.When was the last time the duct lines and vents were cleaned??

What else can I do to get good matches (non-smokers, employed, no pets, etc.)?

I was under the impression smokers were not a protected class.

For multi's I am a no on smokers and on pets.

I'm buying a 4 plex in an area with cheap rent and a lot of smokers in general, a blue collar area. 

He has good income, no evictions, quiet and a non-smoker (he also didn’t smell like smoke and also didn’t smell like an overload of cologne in hopes of masking the smell) So day one he moves in, looks like his girlfriend his helping him move in.

There was  a smoker in the house and I am wondering if this is the cause.

The stock CMG (Chiptole Mexican Grill) was trading at around $80 a few years back.

I can't imagine sitting in a food truck in the middle of summer with ovens and grills going.
