Hello BP STR experts, If I buy land first for constructing/manufacturing home, can I then claim bonus depreciation for such a constructed/manufactured home and use that calculated depreciation amount to offset my W2?

@Will Mejia if you reinvest prior to the end of the calendar year into the right type of property where bonus depreciation is taken, you may be able to reduce your tax exposure partially or completely.

B/Ds are usually paid via commissions for selling the DST, but if you go through an RIA, most DST providers pass along a "gross-up bonus" directly to the investor since they no longer have to pay the B/D a commission.
