I have heard of stated income loans making a comeback of late, but this may just be a rumor.

House is 15 years old and these foundations are rumored to last 100 years.At this point I don't know if I can/should renegotiate with Fannie Mae, or if Fannie Mae refuses to negotiate since although it wasn't disclosed, the house is sold "as is".Any input or experiences with post inspection negotiations are appreciated! 

Rumor has it I'm even going to be speaking at it.

Bigger Pockets Family - So there's this rumor floating around about finding 2 or more investors -AT ONE TIME - being virtually impossible.

They've heard Internet rumors about states like Florida, and think it is the same everywhere.

This same person is supposedly an "ethics attorney" and not only landed a job in the same city as chair of the planning committee, but was able to lateral to the position of city treasurer before stepping down amid rumors.

Again, this is speculative rumor level commentary, but it's from someone "in" or "adjacent to" the "room where it happens."

I heard rumors that New Jersey’s water supply has lead in them.

Actually, that's a rumor.
