Get a resume, references, scope of capabilities, etc.

I've seen a lot about FHA loans and the FHA 203k, and I was wondering if anyone knew if I would be eligible for those as a student without a constant (I've never had more than one or two weeks off in the past few years, but I've changed between various internships and jobs to build a resume), long-term job?

With the history I have on record/resume, it will be like fishing in a small, murky, dark pond. 

Week 6 -7 (July 1) We FINALLY received the permits today (7/1/15) and will resume work IMMEDIATELY as we are way behind schedule.

With the construction background you've got a nice resume so to speak for private money.

You will probably need at least 30% down and the bank or credit union will likely want to see some mobile home park management on your resume, though other properties under your belt certainly a plus.

Was looking to do this a couple of months ago.That aside, my resume makes me "overqualified" for any less desirable job.

I am going to be holding this building under an LLC, so I know not having a "resume" for this LLC may cause issues too.  

I did 3 years of mechanical/nuclear engineering then switched to business/entrepreneurship.
