Start using a CRM and add everyone on it that you have every known and start connecting or reconnecting with folks (at least the ones you want to reconnect with).

I wanted to jump in and say hi here and also connect/reconnect with few folks who posted here ( @Daniel Harnsberger we should catch up again soon!).

Ours was under the steps at the foundation and it wasn't much more difficult @Deanna McCormick, it just helped us decide quickly that we were going to run a separate line to the side and reconnect in the basement instead of patching an old pipe.I did this project with one guy who owned an excavator. 

When you buy a new property, especially one that has been vacant (like an REO or estate property), one of the first things that you will want to do is get the utilities re-connected.

Some of the models will require that you be present with your phone/app to reconnect to the internet if for some reason it gets disconnected, so make sure you check that feature on all potential models.The simpler your systems, the lower the amount of potential problems you’ll run into.

There are going to be thousands of people without power because the seawater shorted out the electrical systems in their houses and the public utilities companies will not be able to reconnect until they are repaired.Sadly for many folks, their electrical systems were damaged by flood waters and they did not have flood insurance as the storm surge went to levels unheard of here.

Foster,TXU in our area will give you a list of the vacant homes that had power turn off in the pass 90 days and not have reconnected and the gas company will give you the list also.Joe Gore
