I have a pretty detailed application, so I'm hoping I can rank the applicants based on the application, and then verify information through a background check starting with the strongest.

Ok, so for this to work I can't spend $180k and go to a top flight school and spend the next 5 years giving my business up for a high rank or even high grades.

@Samuel Carnicle Key Realty in Las Vegas is ranked very well and has many options to fit your schedule (2 week cram course, 1 month, hybrid, online,etc.).

I am admittedly a rank amateur though (haven't even made an offer yet), so don't trust my sole opinion.

Ain’t nobody got time for all that.I am by the book with my tenants, and stay professional (Dr/Mr/Mrs/military rank, in every communication - regardless of them using my first name).

Everything outrageously expensive.Aside from that, it's more of a matter of what's available to you and how you rank them.

I think you’ve identified a large education gap within the ranks.

One major component is how we rank our basic needs (after air, food, water, shelter, etc). 

Reviews drive rankings and rankings drive future bookings, so flexibility (as long as schedule allows) can go a long way.
