Hi @Ben Lindquist, The 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary is a crucial part of any successful 1031 Exchange transaction.

Our laws require us to offer a rental first come first served (first completed application that qualifies must be offered the unit).

Bank a few doors down from my residence didn't ever foreclose on a property.

And we had a large inground pool at our residence, really for the kids.

The violations would include 'the personal occupation of a garage as residence' while asserting to police that he didn't live in it, along with the power overloads due to use not in keeping with a garage rental.  

I haven’t done my first deal yet, but through hiring a local contractor to build my personal residence I had this idea that I don’t hear people talking about.

I am gonna live in this multifamily, thus I think I am qualified as owner occupying.

Whether a flat fee or percentage, a PMC has an obligation to fill the unit with a qualified tenant.
