I'll be asking the tax office tomorrow as well when I go to research the properties, and anyone who will give me the time of day at the auction - even if it costs me buying their lunch and a couple drinks😂.And with regard to the rules/law, that's what predicated my initial question, it's so simple and clear I assumed I must be misunderstanding (quite the paradox).

I know that is frustrating, but you can't force that horse to drink as the old saying goes.My thought take a look at https://kwnextgen.org/  see if they would have any interest in that...or find some kind of meetup groups that has people their age in it or take them to a conference and see if anything sticks.

Get into rooms or online spaces with agents, investors, lenders, business owners, landlords, and real estate developers---talk to them, remember their names, and go out for drinks.

I have rehabbed three residences and flipped them as house hacks, but never purchased a building like this one that as purely an investment, so would love help on strategy and specifics.
