Not sure how far I want to go (again, mostly psychological).

Here's a little bit about me: I'm going into my senior year at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and majoring in Psychology while minoring in business at the Isenberg School of Management.

Here is where you might begin in understanding the nature of posters on BP (or any site).Cognitive bias is applied in economic psychology to study reactions, selections or choices, fears, our naïve nature, how we justify things and more.I studied these aspects a bit in school, but there was a short sales book that identified personalities and the best way to handle them, I couldn't find the book and I've forgotten most of it, I just use a big hammer on most personalities, works for me.I did find this for anyone interested.

I don't know the psychology of the tenant, but it seems that the tenant is more likely to bug the owner than a property manager.

My cousin (who Im very close to) graduated with a psychology degree in 2002, and for a lack of better terms, quit it.

I would suggest:Investor Psychology for the public speak discussion, andReal Estate Marketing for the marketing discussions.I suspect you can offer a lot of good advice on both topics.
