It may depend on which agent can prove procuring cause for you making the offer, not which agent writes the offer.Just sending an email may not be considered procuring cause.

In our agreements (Florida), it further states what is to happen if the buyer does decide to purchase a property that was brought to the buyer during the representation, both directly and indirectly (procuring cause), for a time period after the end of the agreement.The bottom line, the buyer needs to read the contract.
