Great job, Would love to see a breakdown of how you financed so many properties in a short tim - Conventional, Private, Seller Financing etc.

I was being factious with the suggestion that PP folks would run up to the high desert they are more likely to go out to La quinta and one of the many private clubs there which will have housing to their standards ..  

These covenants are private agreements put in place by the developer or builder.

I sent you a private message.I don't restrict certain breeds, but you may want to consider it.

Also you can call your local Escrow  officer and ask who she/he see's doing private loans in your market..

This motel has 16 private rooms, 4 shared bathrooms,  1 kitchen and living room.

What’s your experience been like with traditional lenders vs. private options like ours?

Every so often I will look at my listing in private or incognito mode to make sure it's showing up to the general public.Closer to their stay, I text guests (who want it) a guest book that I put together with local restaurants, things to do, parking, etc. 

The settl4ement was private, but I bet it was at least $400k knowing the attorney's involved, maybe more.
