House hacking is not something I could take on, but that is because of my physical limitations.But I strongly encourage you to wait until after you've had your baby and have experienced what that REALLY means before beginning such an undertaking.  

Then what is the bootcamp for $997-$1497 and can this bootcamp be completed without physically having to fly to a different state? 

I was offered a partnership for a physical fitness class.

Dump this place, buy a decent place near where you live that doesn’t have physical issues.

I would provide a physical copy, email, and even a text/pic for the lease violation.

Which reminds me....I know Worcester is smaller but if you're adding legal living space they may want a survey of the lot, architectural plans for the added space, don't forget about permit fees and other things that will hit your wallet. 

I have been reading about the costs to build a duplex and begin renting, but thought my situation was a bit unique and so I decided to make my own post.A few years ago we inherited a house and land in town close to a local graduate school for physical therapy, occupational therapy, physicians assistant, etc. 

Not for the faint of heart or the shallow of wallet. 

In many cases it may be physically impossible. 

But, if things go well. so far, i've heard from my brother that the owners of the property we are aiming for, are being difficult and wanted us to make the offer before looking inside the physically looking inside both the units of the duplex.
