DO NOT spend a cent on it.If the cost/deal of DMM  here in CT is $3.5K, it doesn't matter how much you pray, or sacrifice cute little virgins to your DMM God you will NOT (likely) make any deals no matter how many months you spend that $800 dollars.So if you don't have a lot of money, don't you friggin dare do bandit signs, CC, D4D,  DMM...

Most 'seasoned' investors, builders, developers, etc. are more than happy to pass along whatever we can to those coming up in the business.Also, don't sell yourself short, though many of us may have years, dare I say decades on you as far as the business, there's things that your generation are uniquely adept at that comes easily to you, and that we have a harder time of keeping up with, technology!

In which case, the idea may instead be more like the grain of sand, irritating until layered upon with thought, further research, innovation, courage, daring and even good luck to perchance become a pearl.
