Just curious what people have ran across to build these days?

It has been really educational for me because we have people from all over the US with all types of experience to learn from.

I have often seen many people love the idea of building, but once they figure out the cost, those ideas change.For reference, here in Chicago, you can expect new builds to be between $200-$275/SF depending on MANY factors...that's just a very rough ballpark!

I hate big walls of text and believe most people do too. 

People weren't renting properties as quickly, and there was an increase in vacancy.

I'm curious if people have a favorite use of AI, Machine Learning, GPT for real estate.Calculation ARV, Finding Properties, CRM, follow ups?  

I will not be at the NY Real Estate Investors Expo but I'm sure that's a great one for meeting more people in your region!

One of my bizz partners sold his garbage company to waste management for 75 mil his balance sheet is a crack up.. house in Napa valley house one in Lake tahoe hunting ranch some commercial in downtown Napa. and a big huge wad in triple net munis  and zero debt.

Transcribing transactions from bank statements, posting transactions to the correct accounts, and then manually creating an income statement, statement of owner's equity and a balance sheet is a fairly time consuming process and I have not been able to keep up with the book keeping between my regular work responsibilities.What accounting software do people recommend?
