It is difficult to schedule a time for the Potential tenant and the current tenant and often is after hours.

Without a doubt many people are still crushing it because they have a strong network and build great systems over time doing the same thing over and over again aka FOCUS!

We're in it for the long haul, we want tenants to stay a long time and reduce vacancy. 

So you can buy a four flat, live in one unit and rent the other three, but you have to live in one unit on the site. 

Another important note  on this is one reason in Oregon its such a big deal with lenders.. is that a properly filed Mechancis lien as your probably aware is a SUPER lien and jumps ahead of all of other liens.
