Is it safe to assume that you use off shore agents?

John, there have been many issues with Ocwen, mostly related to inept short sale processing with their off shore operations, but there is no intentional plot to scam you on your loan.

They were followed by other out of area investors then the Off shore investors started getting marketed to and you have seen a big influx of AU GB CA CH SING  those folks invest turn key.

Account Closed Since you're off-shore remote, it might be a good idea for you to look into partnering with an investor(s) who is local to the market(s) you're interested in. 

Even my debit cards are in the names of my LLC's.Everything is held in trusts with the beneficiary as either a LLC or another trust (maybe an offshore one??)

I do not know of anyone setting up an off shore company yet but I was told by an attorney that this is the vehicle he uses.

I am seeking information to help a friend in regards to becoming a secondary sales agent for real estate off shore.
