At this time to give a person a notice of eviction, unless it is one of the very specifically authorized instances, it is not only not allowed but a CRIMINAL offense, not just civil it is CRIMINAL, MN Gov.

In all fairness though people need to know your non negotiables, no evictions ever, no felonies, or violent offenses, and deposit is due in 24-48 hours of acceptance.
