@Eric Gomez I removed 2 oil tanks in NH last November and the total cost for both was $5700.

Hi everyone, I would like to know which areas are good to buy a log cabin, single home investment for short term rental in NH?  

@Miguel Campos I’m in New Hampshire and our insurance does not allow tenants to have the usage of wood burning fireplaces, wood stoves, pellet stoves, or anything like that.

My wife and I have been saving up for quite a while to buy an investment property and are looking at one in Hampton, NH for a short term rental.

I couldn’t afford Boston so we bought 24 units (12, 7, 5) in northern NH, which generated incredible cashflow, all within 18 months.

And in New Hampshire where it gets very cold in winter usually the landlord pays for heat and we are responsible to make sure all tenants have heat at all times.

I found a very good deal on a a commercial unit in NH in a busy plaza (sale by owner) and I would like to buy it and rent it out.
