Every agent should be keeping a copy of all of their transactions electronically so emailing a few docs over isn’t a major request.I'm probably misunderstanding the intent @Chris Dawson are you asking an agent to email a potential client copies of contracts they have prepared on behalf of other clients? 

Misunderstanding and communication issues can cause problems tooHave a good team. 

All three are agency disclosure for both parties so that there is no misunderstanding of the relationship. 

It is very easy to misunderstand what is being said in person, let alone just reading a text. 

And it escalates.Whether she's unstable, or a small misunderstanding lead to you two getting off on the wrong foot, the resolution at this point seems very clear to me. 

If it were me, I'd apologize for the misunderstanding that rent cannot be late if paid on Monday when the 1st is Saturday.  

That is the misunderstanding.  

Or am I misunderstanding these terms?
