As the owner, you may want to eat the cost since future tenants will likely make the same mistake.

So in a significant recession, merely being active or passive is not actually a way to avoid losses.Finally, there are a lot of active investors who lose their money even *outside* of a recession because they make too many newbie mistakes.

For apartments, I prefer to provide them because many apartment renters make mistakes hooking them up, or they cause damage moving them in/out.

IF you try to obtain it without a skilled Expediter who has experience getting one, you are certainly not putting your best into attaining it.That being said, I have known some expediters who are supposed to be really good make mistakes or don't have the proper knowledge either.

My dad was an estate attorney, I saw mistakes like this over and over growing up and still do today.
