Also my current profession is in commercial Cx so i am accustomed to working with contractors, defining scope of work, Cx milestones, etc. 

@James Flores Would love if you came to one of our meet ups we have a lot of BP members come to talk and connect on mile stones just like yours.

Sure McD's will be more money now but on a graph that line stays consistent where as REI starts very small and turns into a "Hockey Stick" shaped line with time.

Maybe offer to pay them more when it sells compared to paying them at different milestones.

Money is held until you meet those milestones.2.

To share with you though, when I first started buying large apartment deals, I included in the package some amazing spreadsheets, graphs, charts, etc. and all about the numbers.
