Best option was buying something at the grocery store and heating it up in my hotel room microwave.

We are replacing kitchen appliances in 45 units, and I've got to believe there are people in this community that do this far more often than we do and can offer advice on vendors and logistics.These are occupied units where we have already upgraded countertops and cabinetry, and are now just looking to install a new stainless fridge/dw/stove/microwave in each one.

Maybe try just renting it with fridge and microwave, make it more of a kitchenette and see what you can get.

Like if a $200 microwave has depreciated to $20 and tenant breaks then you only take a $20 charge to the deposit.

Our neighbor has a hugely successful and long running cabin 2BR/1BA, and just has a small apartment size fridge, little microwave, toaster oven and a hotplate thingy.

My tenants get to upgrade something they’ve been wanting like a new toilet, microwave, paint a couple rooms, ceiling fans, etc.

I will also be adding a kitchenette down there with Fridge and Microwave and small table.
