I think a lot of people have the mentality that being a Property Management Company's client or a Realtor's client is like buying a T-Shirt.

Law enforcement has advised that this could escalate into a dangerous situation, given the occupant's troubled history and strong resistance.I've exhausted all forms of communication, including texts, emails, and physical letters, but to no avail.

Many have an entitlement mentality and scam the system for everything they can.Now this is a bit harsh.

They have access to the temperature controls & we pay for the heat, so we don’t know why they didn’t turn it down besides them having new born baby exhaustion. 

These days its too much ¨us and them¨ mentality.

@Noah Bacon, as I look at properties, the 1% is an automatic mental metric that I think about most times but never rely on, especially regarding multifamily.

I know several people here adopt the negative cash flow mentality but Iḿ not one.

ok  further along in the process...I was the high bidder at the bank auction and I have approached the person and offered her cash for keys and she doesn't want money and seems to want to max out time before being evicted.in meeting the her,  she appears to have had a hard life and does not appear to be in great mental health and might have a current or past addiction. 

I’ve exhausted the obvious competition and wondering if there are any out there who’ve come up with a creative solution or found some cheaper carriers?
