Amazing enough that I bought the PRO membership and I believe enough in the tools and network provided by BP that it will allow me to succeed in my pursuit of financial independence.And, I believe it has allowed me to see that I might be royally screwed on my rehab/flip property I am working on.

As long as you're purchasing an actual deeded interest in the property itself.What won't work is if you are wanting to purchase membership interest in or shares of a partnership that owns a building - like most syndications.

My personal favorite structure is property owned by a trust; beneficial interest in the trust held by multi and/or single member LLC's; then you can get real creative on who owns the membership in the LLC's.
