So property rents must be kept near market to obtain full value at sale.

I find properties below market value that cash flow.

We’ve seen this issue cause otherwise wonderful new builds to sit on the market because it just doesn’t work with peoples furniture. 

They may justifying paying more by claiming they’re paying the premium for the “business”, but since the “business” and the real property are inseparable the property owner will still benefit from the increased value due to the arbitrager efforts.  

So I was hoping someone else could benefit from having the big pieces like couches and beds, nice TVs, etc. 

The seller can supply everything they used to market, pictures, ad copy, etc., but they cannot sell their AirBnB account to another person.

The stock market is up something like 80% of the days long term.
