I've been listening to many BP real estate podcasts over the last few months and did some research on this area and it doesn't seem like the economy in the area is growing.

Hello, I have been listening to the BP podcast and finally jumping onto the forums. 

I listen to the podcasts when I'm able to and they are fantastic and very informative and helpful. 

For the most part I think they listen to trusted non experts that feed them incorrect information.  

I've listened to some analysts break down the top amenities and kitchens rank near the bottom.

Get the lingo down, see what others are doing, see how the communication is, listen to 100 pitches for LPs, get on the deal flow lists, get on some property tours. listen to the podcasts for 2-3 months. 

How can any of these answers even help you if we don't know where you live, what your goals are, how much capital you have saved, what you earn, what your why is, and like a hundred other things.If you want a tip that will really help you it would be to provide some background first and then ask a tighter question based on what you have read about or listened to on podcasts.
