I believe too many lean back on feelings vs figuring a measure for fact's, and end up with who had best marketing and than blames the sub-par experience on the venture as a whole. 

certain markets lean more towards 1 platform over the other, that I have seen. my thoughts, Airbnb and VRBO have some of the largest marketing platform and accessibility.

I think it really depends on the market you're in on what your guests will want so lean in and see what others are doing in your area and try to do your own spinoff.If you want to talk more about it you can PM me!

I would lean toward option 2.

When standards eliminate both disabled and able bodied persons there can legally be no violation of the law.Your moral outrage and righteous indignation is misplaced.PS. if you are suggesting that a disabled vet is somehow different from any other disabled person that would be discrimination.  

Then start finding properties and I would encourage you to lean towards finding less riskier versions of that strategy at first and get your feet wet, and after you gain some experience you can start evaluating different options and offshoots. 

Or if there is nothing that fits that right now, where and when people see the next business model for investors - especially those with cash to lean into.

While I tend to lean toward building rapport early, I also understand that not every seller needs or cares about that.That said, I do think there are some sellers who care about more than just the money, they want to feel appreciated or comfortable with who they’re selling to.
