Hey guys, we are just about to wrap up on a remodel on our second home that we are flipping, and a home next door with the exact layout hit the market and they claimed to have more square footage than our house.

The first time a tenant is late, I talk to them and clearly lay out what will happen moving forward if the issue continues. 

I have clients who provide the design, layout and materials and I provide labor.

Can you lay out the steps?

does anyone know where to get these layout drawings for free?

I don't discuss accounting in the book, but if you purchase the package from BiggerPockets, it comes with my Quickbooks Chart of Accounts (the layout of my QB file).The reason I don't discuss accounting is because there are so many correct ways it can be done, but tends to be pretty specific to how your accountant prefers you to do it (assuming you have an accountant).

They have great layouts (Fewer than other companies like wix but they look amazing IMO) The best thing I liked about squarespace is building it.

We've looked at recent comps, and two houses on the same block with similar layouts and square footage sold at $62/ft. and $63/ft. each within the past couple of weeks.
