Hello BP members,I was doing some prospecting and spoke with a lady who is interested in selling her house.

He wants to rent with a lady (she has 15 yr daughter) with 700+ credit score, 2x salary vs rent job, BUT she has "judgement from court" for child support services ( She needs to pay  for child support).

I know a little old lady in Nigeria....

So, after the contract was signed, this lady started making some "ridiculous" requests:  re-clean the whole place, repaint the whole property, and must  be with the paint that she approves.

It assumes that no one is capable of thinking for themselves or acting in their own best interests, so it falls on others to look after them.Personally, I've never met one of these supposed little old ladies who are so easy to take advantage of.

So with that…@Nancy Zhao I’m thinking yes I’ll have to GC myself if we want to make this profitable and do the flip ourselves.
