What I mean by that is continuing to feed the pot with a bad hand using the rationalization you have a lot of chips in there already that you would lose if you folded...and that would be completely wrong.Poker is a lot like REI in this regard.

Hi guys, wanted to get some feed back from the bigger pockets fam.

@James Wierzba personally I would not make an exception unless you have a very very high income earning job and your willing to feed the property.  

@Walter Aaron Poling Thank you for your feed back I'm definitely going to take your advice and interview a few more agents to discuss my options further and from there.

This way when a agent or someone tries to feed me a line of bs I can call them on it.

Shelter is one of the basic human needs, hardwired way down in the lizard brainstem.You're showing up after years of allowing him to feed his innate tendency to believe that your place is his permanent home for many years, and at some point you're going to present him with the panic-inducing proposition that this is the end of his housing security -- you're not going to be renewing the lease.Ideally, he'll get over it.

However there are those courses that do actually feed you some knowledge and not just 3 days of up sell.
