Permit me to introduce myself, as this virtually my first time posting on this forum.

I was recently introduced to the rent by room Medium Term Rental platform Padsplit.com.

Perhaps if the note was newly originated a one-year option might make sense.In essence, the option could serve as a bridge while the note seasons.I agree with your thoughts on introducing a lot of complexity -- hashing out all the details might only make sense for a very high-dollar note.

The day I purchased it I reached out and introduced myself to all four tenants and one tenant told me that she was currently living with a relative because her electric got shut off.  

Get on google maps and search storage, call the owners of smaller facilities and introduce yourself and ask if they are interested in selling 

Along the way, i was introduced to the BRRRR method and have now adopted that strategy for my property.
