I interviewed the TTP programand it is all about making cold calls consistently .

There is time to travel and view properties and interview people.

The way I see finding members for your team, whether it be your tax professional, legal, PM, and so on, is simply understanding things at enough of a level where you know when interviewing them if they understand your business.

I have seen it happen and have been interviewed by the FBI twice on this by clients of mine who went to the dark side..

However, when I was interviewing other PM agencies they said that they did.  

We now spend much more time interviewing and qualifying our GCs and lean hard on referrals.  

You are off to start interviewing PM's to get a better understanding of what market rents are and if these folks are qualified to rent your property.
