I try flushing the toilet to try to get the chain to hook on the inflow, but the chain is only bouncing up.. it would need to go 3 inches over to the side and up to be hooked.

Seems that I need to buy the 14 inch rough in toilets (which is hard, because only few models are available at Home Depot and Lowes, since this is a non-standard size).

Need 3/4 inch thick plywood.

No reason to hydro jet if they are replacing , backfill and bed the pipe is not a line iten , its putting sand around the pipe 6 inches and filling in the trench . 8 ft isnt that deep , still need a trehch box , but nothing out of the ordinary .  

If I'm already going to be having to fix a lot of the main living area drywall, flooring, and balcony tiling, should I consider options to “enhance” while I’m at it to make the expense more worth it?
