I’m Mark, a new real estate investor based in San Diego, leveraging my background in AI-driven lead generation to find off-market deals.I’m currently looking for small multifamily properties (duplexes, triplexes, or quads) to rehab and house hack, to build long-term cash flow while living in the property.Outside of real estate, I’m into fitness, golf, and exploring San Diego’s best outdoor spots.

It's a duplex in Chattanooga (technically Red Bank) and we will be house hacking for the next couple of years to build some momentum and experience.

Cost will likely be around $120 - $160 / sqft depending on finish out and how much one the existing house needs to change.

Just like any of the investment strategies here in BP, they need to evovle as the market and housing landscape evovles.

My plan for this year is to remodel and upgrade the house to then put it to cashflow either via short/long term rental.
