Spending time on my grandparents farm in southeastern Colorado during some formative years impressed upon me the potential of land and living in harmony with the environment.

Hello all,Have a co-existing problem with my tenants and would greatly appreciate some insight on how to handle the situation.The situation - Lisa and her son Bill (30 yrs) live in the lower unit.

Rick Harmon I totally agree about attorney's wanting their clients to get the most money possible (and thus encouraged them to list it on the MLS).

It's not an issue I've encountered before, as @Avery Carl said usually equipment is split so no one person holds all the power, but shared wells are very common and operate in harmony the vast majority of the time.  

A relative comes back, an office becomes needed in a home (lots of different reasons for that possibility), another child is on the way, more storage needed as you co-exist longer and acquire more stuff.

I want harmony in other aspects of my life and have fun along the way with the journey.Whatever goal you set do not look at what everyone else is doing as the way things have to be done.

Do you care about helping people or just making money or have you found a way to fuse the two together in harmony?

I like relationships that are harmonious and genuine in nature.

We've ran a few scenarios, but with some high HOA fees (~$4k in Lake Harmony) and higher interest rates (6.125%), the cash flow potential is really only seen at the high end of the spectrum (60%+ occupancy, higher ADR).
