Beyond the monthly membership, how much are you spending on marketing monthly (direct mail, lists, etc.) through them and what kind of results have you had (ie number of deals, etc.). 

Check references, code violations, awards, memberships, presence in the community, cleanliness of trucks and staff, BBB status, Yelp reviews, etc.

Get them a membership at the Y and when they are old enough get them out working to earn the money they need for college if they decide to go.

Expect to foot 2500-3500 a year for annual membership, insurance training etc. 

I think I am leaning towards an interest in Certified General Appraisal but I will probably have to look into Certified Residential Appraising if I can't find someone to work with in the first few months.I have discovered my interest in Real Estate investing (thus my membership on BP) and this led me to get into the business of Real Estate in the form of Appraising.

Amazing enough that I bought the PRO membership and I believe enough in the tools and network provided by BP that it will allow me to succeed in my pursuit of financial independence.And, I believe it has allowed me to see that I might be royally screwed on my rehab/flip property I am working on.

I am interested to get a pro membership.
