So you need to differentiate yourself by looking at B+ or below to offer an affordable housing (a) of a good quality , (b) close by , (c) at better prices, (d) with all necessary amenities (when I say "necessary", I don't mean security guard or gym, I mean laundry room and maybe storages).Best!

A trampoline could be athletic equipment and is specifically excluded, so that would be an item to ban.I'd say a bouncy house is a toy, like a swing set or jungle gym.

and that was the logic I was going for too, at this point it wouldnt make sense for me to try to compete with some of the larger luxury units, because even if I tried to offer all of the same unit benefits, I still cant compete with the community benefits (ie, gym, pool, huge roof decks, lounges, etc, ground floor retail).
