Maintenance and upkeep on properties can be frustrating but are necessary to keep the property steady.

I certainly understand your frustrations. 

Anyone that has ever read or communicated with a city, county or public regulatory authority can attest to the often frustrating and unclear answers that are received (think DMV) but multiply it by twelve when it has to do with sometimes illogical or biased short term rental permissions. 

While it's not rocket science, it takes a certain personality to find it enjoyable and not frustrating.  

i think that's 3 more than a lot of people make before they get frustrated and stop.so keep going.

I signed up 2 days ago, and now that I am using it, I am finding certain aspects of the software very frustrating. 

It is helpful to know that those growing pains and close calls/huge frustrations can still amount to gold.

I am more frustrated that the broker agency refuses to mark it as open on the mls.

Many of them get frustrated trying to find tenants and fill vacancies and don't like answering maintenance calls.
