Just don't move to a place where the average sales price is 90k...you'll have to work a LOT harder to earn a fraction of the money!

Also Listsource is a very expensive option in CA, the same county assessor/recorder data is available from others for a fraction of the cost.

I am also spending considerably less on a per property basis, Every Door Direct Mail allows you to mail at a fraction of the cost.
