We are fortunate to have so many events and attractions which do balance out Disney and the other theme parks. 

Hi all- I’m in a unique / fortunate situation where I’ve found some older homeowners looking to remove the burden of managing a rental property that are willing to seller finance their property to me at $0 down and 1% interest on a 30-year note, no balloon. 

I think we need to do more to help the make our little part of the world better-help those who are less fortunate and struggling to have a better life even if it is something that may seem minor to you or make someone's day better (buy the person behind you in a line up a cup of coffee, shovel someone's sidewalk in the winter).  

Get a steady income without spiking your debt-to-income ratio... and without having to spend a huge fortune to get a miserable passive income.Then with that money get secured assets like real estate that will always be physically worth something (not just digitally).And that is kids what I am doing now!

At home I’m fortunate enough to have an outstanding realtor I work with that covers all of the boxes.

Not necessarily Armando, but Cody Sperber, Fortune Builders, Yancys, etc.

But he didn't make that fortune in real estate.

I am fortunate to experience great success with my first property, however, with interest rates being higher than what it was in 2022, I was wondering if any investors in my area are finding any deals in this current market condition. 

Fortunately, I am pushing past that one.
