All the bedrooms simply got a new carpet and paint with a brighter light bulb.

I look at a property, then do my due diligence, quick and dirty as to comps, if that's good I'll beat feet back for a closer look, if I see issues, I'll get someone over there if I have to buy beer and bring a flash light!

I go look at homes whenever - all you need is access and a flashlight. 

I was envisioning a casual stroll around the premises with a glass of iced tea, a high-powered flashlight, and a good pair of binoculars, and scribbling a few notes in a nice leather portfolio in between taking calls on the smart phone.

We generally don't bring anything but a business card, camera, and flashlight.

Look at how 10,000 flashlights shining on a thin board won't do anything except illuminate it, but if you FOCUS the light into a laser you can cut a hole thru inch thick sheet metal. 

I was thinking I could just buy the standard home depot cabinets and get them in white since it will make the kitchen space look larger and brighter.

Creams look good in more cozy, old fashioned spaces, or spaces that you want to look brighter.  

The future on this will look much brighter.

I came at night to park in spot 23, and found it with a flashlight on the electrical pole at the back of the spot.
